If you need support for an Add-On solution developed by SimCrest, your first line of support should be your Partner of Record. Please contact them should you be experiencing any issues with your Dynamics NAV or SimCrest Add-On.
Should you wish to contact SimCrest about any issues you are experiencing, please send an email to “firstname.lastname@example.org” and you will receive an email response within 1 business day.
Should you have a more emergent need, please call: 214-644-4000 and press 0 to talk to the Operator to route your call to the proper individual.
We will support our add-ons and provide fixes to issues as long as the Dynamics NAV version used with our add-on is supported by Microsoft. Check out when your Dynamics NAV version will lose extended support here

A: Yes, our Product configurator was designed for integration to the standard NAV MFG functionality for a seamless integration!
