HOW IT WORKS
Payroll is run entirely in Quickbooks including paychecks, direct deposits and tax liability payments. Depending on the payroll subscription in Quickbooks deposits, taxes etc are filed electronically or on paper. From Dynamics NAV the user can load entries from Quickbooks into a journal in Dynamics NAV through an import. You can choose to retrieve the payroll information summarized or detailed into a journal that can be posted. Class codes in Quickbooks can be mapped to a dimension in Dynamics NAV. The solution will keep track of imported and posted data to prevent double postings.
