Role Center


Role Center is designed specifically to fit different brokers' roles. A user can only access to activities and tasks specific to the user's role. Users in different roles will see different Role Center depending on the role that has been assigned to them. Navigation Pane allows user to navigate to different areas in the application specific to the job the broker has.

The Role Center also includes listings and agents that have particular interest to the user. There is also a notification section that shows current tasks assigned to the particular user. Outlook is included in the Role Center and is completely embedded and fully configurable by the user. A chart is also shown to reflect the new listings added per date. The user can select any chart that has been made available to the user to be shown in the Role Center. User can configure how the Role Center looks within the limitations set by the Role Center Administrator.


Website Integration


Dynamic Real Estate Broker allows you to maintain listings on website entirely inside the application. Listings can be easily added to the website by one click. The features or the listing will be posted on the website using preapproved templates. The web-integration also allows you to manage virtual and video tours that are presented to the visitors on your website.


Internet Portals


Dynamic Real Estate Broker includes several Internet portals that allows users to access information through the Web from anywhere in the world. The user only needs access to the Internet.

The Internet portals are all built on Microsoft SharePoint Technology which dramatically reduces the development requirements needed from your IT staff. A super user can easily add so-called web-parts to a portal and give additional functionality without having any development experience at all.

The portals include:

  • Executive Portal: Allows top executives to get summary information about the entire business including sales and listing status
  • Branch Manager Portal: Allows the branch managers access to branch-specific information such as sales, listings, agent status, etc.
  • Realtor Portal: Allows the realtors to review their current sales status and print commission statements for listings, etc.

Architecture


Dynamic Real Estate Broker is built on Microsoft's premier business software application that already includes a solid foundation of accounting and management information modules.

The architecture is based on a three-tier model, with:

  • Role Tailored Client (client tier): A client user interface that provides the front end. Users can also access information through a Web-based client that runs on Microsoft SharePoint Services.
  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server (service tier): A middle-tier server that provides the business logic layer. It is a .NET based Windows Service application that works exclusively on SQL Server.
  • Microsoft SQL Server (database tier): A database server that provides the data layer.

The benefit of the three-tier model is that the connection between the client tier and the service tier does not require a high speed connection. In most two-tier models the client and the server must have a high-speed Ethernet connection but in the three-tier model normal DSL or Cable connection to the Internet is sufficient.


Customer Relationship Management


Customer Relationship Management (CRM) allows you to track contacts such as prospects, customers, and vendors. You can assign tasks and meetings to individuals and the system will integrate to their Microsoft Outlook automatically. You can create email campaigns and letters and send them to prospects, customers, and anyone in your contact list based on configurable selection criteria. Dynamic Real Estate Broker will even log your interactions and save them inside the database for later review. Incoming and outgoing emails can also be assigned to a contact and logged into Dynamic Real Estate Broker.


Link Management


Link Management helps you to link or attach any document to listing such as contracts, surveys, etc. This function allows any number of links and attachments to listings, agents, commission plans, etc.


Agent Commission Management


Dynamic Real Estate Broker easily keeps track of agent performance such as agent earnings, company earnings, sales volume, units, etc. The system allows for time sensitive agent deductions and multiple commission plans all in one integrated package.

Dynamic Real Estate Broker constantly keeps track of agent commission levels and calculates needed performance to obtain next level. The system also features an Agent Internet Portal using Microsoft SharePoint technology.
